Registration form for all Players and Player Evaluation form for 9,10,11 and 12 year olds under the Forms Tab.
Registrations are being accepted at Park & Rec in Depot Square and On-line or by mail

There is a March 1,2010 cutoff date for Players ages 9,10,11,12
A late Fee of $25.00 will be accessed for late Registrations for these players
Note New Evaluation times for 9 and 10 year olds
on March 14th
11 year olds- Saturday March 13 5:00pm till 6:30pm
12 Year olds-Saturday March 13 7:00pm till 9:00pm
9 year olds-Sunday March 14 5:00pm till 6:30pm
10 year olds Sunday March 14 7:00pm till 9:00pm
